Shahin Arab (1971--) has revived the art of Persian miniature painting in his home country and given it a contemporary feel that is reminiscent of the great masters such as Farshchian.   He received the first prize at the Miniature Painting Biennial competition when aged just 24; we can certainly expect more fantastic paintings from this renowned young artist. These prints are now extremely rare.
