Mina Karee

Mina karee is  also known as Persian enamel. Mina refers to the coating that is baked onto different metals, especially copper; karee refers to the intricate patterns on each piece. This uniquely Persian art form dates back to the Achaemenian and the Sassanid Dynasties. It is highly resistant to scratching.

The designs are very traditional and exemplify meticulous craftsmanship. Each piece takes days, not just hours, to complete.
