This lamp includes detachable crystals which enhance the glow of the lights. It is designed to use low-wattage bulbs (no more than 40 W as higher wattage might cause the glass to break). It is meant to be used with the 220V electrical system. You can get 110V adapters from most hardware stores, or if you are handy with wiring you can re-wire it.
