This hand-crafted leatherwork (charme-sagharee) would make an excellent gift for anyone interested in the arts of Persia or traditional arts.  It is inspired by a Mahmoud Farshchian painting entitled, "Kissing the Ground." This painting comes mounted on wooden rods, ready for display. It is signed by the artist, Ma’adandar, in the lower right .
