This vintage moaraq is a classic Persian romantic image, very reminiscent of poems such as the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam, featuring a woman holding a flask of wine.  The moaraq comes with a metal eyelet mounted on the back, ready to display on your home or office wall.  Signed by the artist (see lower right and close-up above).  There is a metal eyelet on the top to use for wall display. The color variations are due to reflective glare and are not a defect.

This item would make an excellent gift for anyone who is fond of fine craftsmanship, folk arts, decorators or anyone looking for that extra touch of class for their home.
