Persian Memories was first established in 1998 with a small but interesting selection of Persian prints and postcards. Today, we offer these items as well as high-quality, hand-crafted items imported direct from the Land of the Lion and Sun. In addition, we offer a wide selection of books, many of which are hard to find elsewhere. Most titles are in Persian (Farsi), but we also have a selection of books available in English as well as other languages.
The Zoroastrian emblems shown on our home page reflect the traditional Persian values of good thoughts, good deeds and good words. Ordering Information
Minimum order $25.00 for all items.
We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. Please contact us for details.
You can place an order by contacting us. We try to keep our listings up to date, but we do recommend that you send us an e-mail first to be sure the item you want is still available. Please have the item number(s) available and have a substitute item in mind as popular items do sell out quickly. We will hold items for up to 72 hours for payment to arrive (7 days international).
Payments: we accept money orders or cashier's checks (please be aware that we do not accept personal checks). International customers may send an international postal money order or Western Union.
Shipping & handling costs are kept as low as possible, and vary depending on item size, quantity and weight. We will try to combine multiple items ordered to reduce shipping & handling costs where practical and where items will not be damaged as a result.
Delivery: We send all items through the US Postal Service. We cannot offer delivery through other shipping services unless you arrange for pick-up from us using your Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL, etc. account number. We have absolutely no control over how quickly an item will be delivered once a package has left our hands. We will be happy to provide tracking numbers and/or insurance for a small additional charge. If you need to receive any item for a special occasion (such as Christmas), please ensure we receive payment at least two weeks in advance.
All sales are final - we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do our best to describe all items thoroughly and accurately, and we will answer any questions before you make a purchase. We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any parcels or contents once they leave our hands and enter the postal system. Therefore, we strongly recommend postal insurance, especially for delicate items.
